  • Altamonte Mall, Orlando, FL: Finalist in competition for existing De Bartolo Mall

  • Metlife Building, New York, NY: Proposed new retail mall, 1095 Ave. of the Americas at 42nd St. NYC.

  • Westgate Mall, Amarillo, TX: Concept designs for renovation of existing mall; planning, design of new center court and mall amenities. Project completed Summer 1995.

  • Talbottown Center, Easton, MD: Rouse Co. project in downtown Easton; responsible for planning the expansion and renovation of an existing 15,000 sq.ft. shopping center and concept design studies. (James Rouse’ first-owned shopping center)

  • Willard Arcade, Washington, D.C. for The Oliver Carr Company: design of architectural graphics (banners, awnings, tenant signage, storefronts etc.) to revitalize the existing arcade   adjacent to the Willard Hotel.

  • Triangle Factory Store outlet, Raleigh-Durham, SC: for the Prime Group

  • The Forum Shops, Las Vegas, for Melvin Simon Associates: interior color renderings of Roman-theme specialty center and author of its Tenant Design Criteria manual.

  • Greenville Mall, Greenville, SC: For Intershop, Dallas: concept planning and design for renovation and expansion of existing 450,000 sq.ft. regional mall

  • Mall of America for Melvin Simon and Associates: Storefront design prototypes for Tenant Design Criteria manual.

  • A & S Plaza, New York, NY, for Melvin Simon and Assoc.: interior design images of multilevel shopping center off Times Square. Consulted with R.T.K.L. Architects in development of Storefront Design Criteria.

  • Overpeck Park and Lincoln Center, New Jersey, for Hartz Mountain Ind.: planning and design of corporate retail project on The Hudson River – amalgamation of retail and corporate lobby of new low rise office building.
